The one thing I don’t understand is why don’t manufacturers release phones in different colors, especially on certain models. Is it because they increase the demand doing it this way. I feel there is a lack of purpose, they get out a white phone. Its cool…people love it. You will sell more units, gain a social crowd that is interested in white. Ok, fine…not really, if a person wants a blackberry, they will still get it. Anyway, I think it will come eventually to the US, but at this point, they have pictures in some show in Dubai, check it out. Looks pretty cool!
Well, outcome of blackberry’s outage October 2011…how did RIM go wrong?
It’s October of 2011, and the world has expectations that technology is not replacable. Everyone revolves there life over technology. And when the technology isn’t around, what do people do…they don’t, they can’t do anything and they run around like chickens with there heads cut off. The blackberry is still the most secure end to end device on the planet. They just came out with the new Blackberry Bold 9900…hoping to get released with UMA service very soon, and its the best blackberry yet. Still a great phone, and they have so much potential. Why so much hate in the media, its becusae blackberry just doesn’t care. When a company has rules, there own rules, there own security, there own integration that works…the public can only complain about it. Go to droid, go to iPhone…people will clearly learn the differences. Now, RIM needs to stock up and learn from this outage. Come on, its 2011, there should be backups of backups, there is no reason why they should ever go down. Up until now, this is the biggest outage in years for blackberry. Like say, there is not the end of RIM, its only the beginning, and yes the apps might now be there, and the flash might not be there…but there are 70 million people using this phone, but why?
XM Radio on Blackberry
Ever thought this day would come that your phone would be your primary device for everything, now it just gets even better by XM having a application that goes on your blackberry. This way you can listen to all your stations straight from your phone. This is great becuase if you are going for a walk, or at the gym, you can just listen away. I love this becuase there is no need to add the mp3′s on, which is a pain.
